Introduction:

This is a very simple tutorial that will teach you how to make Web 2.0 buttons using the Rounded Rectangle Tool.

1. Create a document about 150x70.

2. Select the Rounded Rectangle Tool.

3. Create a rectangle.

4. Apply the following styles:

5. Zoom to somewhere around 500%.

6. Select your pencil tool, 1px, #62c2f5.

7. On a new layer, draw a line, not touching the black border.

8. Next, still using the pencil tool, but #555555, draw a line right next to the one you just drew.

9. My final result – added some text (Verdana, 10px) and a nice icon from the silk icon set.
